Starting on or about November 8 WILCO will begin redoing Bounds Street from the railroad tracks moving South to the entrance of Thrall High School. The City of Thrall and Thrall ISD have been working with WILCO to minimize traffic impact as much as possible. This project is expected to last up to 3 months. During the construction you can expect delays, lane closures, some detours and no parking along Bounds Street. Your understanding is appreciated.
