- Application For A Place On General Election Ballot – The first day to file for a place on the ballot is Wednesday, January 18, 2023. City offices are open 8:00 a.m-12:00 pm and 12:30 pm-4:30 pm. Please also note that these documents are public records and are open for inspection by any person. Copies of these forms and documents are available at City Secretary’s Office, 104 S. Main Street, during regular business hours.

Registered voters of the City of Thrall are eligible to vote in city elections. Voters are required to be registered to vote 30 days in advance of each election.
