Incorporated in 1915, Thrall, Texas is located in Williamson County between the cities of Taylor and Thorndale on Highway 79.

City offices will be closed November 25, 26 & 27.

In addition to COVID-19 testing, WCCHD is currently providing drive-through flu shots, available for free, to all members of the public over the age of 6 months. The flu clinic will run for one more week: Tuesday, Nov. 10th and Thursday, Nov. 12th from 8:00AM – 11:30AM and 2:00PM – 5:00PM.
